Our target is to establish The International Cooperatives Bank until 2050. We consider that about 10 years shall be spent for discussion of the issues to be solved regards the bank. Because it seemed that the concern about such bank is really low among the relevant of cooperatives all over the world. Therefore, rapid establishment of the bank shall be really risky. The enough long and diversified discussion must be needed so that most of relevant of cooperatives all over the world could be persuaded regards necessity of the bank and could have passion for establishment of the bank. We propose that, after obtaining agreement of establishment of the bank among main countries or areas over the world, the committee consisted from 7 to 10 selected representatives of main countries shall be launched and move for realizing establishment of the bank during further 10 years. Of course, we would like to work diligently so that the bank could be born as soon as possible.
