We are the group to prepare the establishment of The International Cooperatives Bank (the bank). This group aims for gathering comments and obtaining certain level of conclusions about issues to be solved for the establishment of the bank. Qualification of the member of this group is not be limited especially. After applying to become the member, we shall approve based on reviewing a certain level of adequacy for the membership.
